1.个人信息
个人信息是以电子或者其他方式记录的与已识别或者可识别的自然人有关的各种信息，不包括匿名化处理后的信息。

敏感个人信息是一旦泄露或者非法使用，容易导致自然人的人格尊严受到侵害或者人身、财产安全受到危害的个人信息，包括生物识别、宗教信仰、特定身份、医疗健康、金融账户、行踪轨迹等信息，以及不满十四周岁未成年人的个人信息。本政策中涉及的个人敏感信息，将采用加粗字体突出显示。我们收集个人敏感信息包括身份证号码、精准定位信息、交易信息。
(2) Sensitive Personal Information
Sensitive personal information refers to personal information that, once leaked or illegally used, is likely to infringe upon the personal dignity of natural persons or endanger personal and property safety, including biometric information, religious belief, specific identity, medical and health information, financial accounts, whereabouts and track information, as well as personal information of minors under 14 years of age. Sensitive personal information involved in this policy will be highlighted in bold. (3) Users
To simplify the description, this Agreement refers specifically to employees of the company who are authorized to use the platform and have active accounts.You need to understand that the users of Sands Talk platform are the companies, not the employees of the companies. 您的企业在“沙滩说”中为您创建账户时，需要根据企业组织架构创建账号的用户名和密码。您在拥有账号后，可在“沙滩说”内自行修改密码。用户名、密码为使用“沙滩说”核心功能的必要信息。
When your company creates an account for you in "Sands Talk", a user name and password will be created for your account based on the organization structure of your company. After you have the account, you can change the password by yourself in "Sands Talk". The user name and password are necessary information for using the core functions of "Sands Talk".
2. 提供在线学习服务

您在使用“沙滩说”服务时，我们将会收集你下述信息：

（1）设备信息：为了更好的提供服务，维护我们服务的正常运行，改进及优化我们的服务以及保障您的账号安全，在您使用“沙滩说”服务过程中，我们会收集使用“沙滩说”服务的设备相关信息（包括设备型号、操作系统版本、操作系统名称等）、设备所在位置相关信息（包括IP地址等）。

（3）为了向您及时推送学习培训信息，我们将根据您的open_ID，通过站内信的方式向您发送相关信息。

3. 我们受企业用户委托而处理的个人信息清单

企业用户委托我们处理企业用户和该企业用户的最终用户使用“沙滩说”过程中提交或产生的信息和数据，包括企业用户提交或要求最终用户提供的信息、企业用户分配给最终用户的信息，以及为完成工作需求、满足企业日常管理需求而由最终用户提交给企业用户的信息（以下简称“受托处理的个人信息”）。 企业用户是此类个人信息的处理者。我们接受企业用户的委托，根据企业用户的指示（包括企业用户以及企业用户管理员通过管理后台进行的操作等），以及我们与企业用户间的协议或基于提供办公管理及通讯服务等目的处理此类个人信息。
We are entrusted by company users to handle the information and data submitted or generated by company users and their end users in the process of using "Sand Talk", including the information submitted by company users or information provided by end users upon the request of company users, information assigned to end users by company users, and information submitted by end users to company users for the purpose of completing work requirements and meeting daily management requirements of company (hereinafter referred to as "entrusted personal Information"). Company users shall be the processors of such personal information. We are entrusted by company users and process such personal information according to the instructions of company users (including the operations of company users and administrators of company users through backend management platform, etc.), and agreements between us and company users or for the purpose of providing office management and communication services.
受托处理的个人信息包括：

（1）你的姓名、头像、微信头像、性别、手机号以及身份证等企业用户提交或要求你提供的个人信息。

（2）所属企业、座机号码、职位、职级、职务、隶属部门、传真号码、办公座位、客户关系等与企业用户相关或企业用户分配给你的信息。

（3）当企业用户进行注册时，企业用户需要提供创建人信息，我们接受企业用户的委托收集创建人的个人信息以帮助企业用户实现注册。

（4）当你“沙滩说”功能时，为验证你的身份，达到验证是否为本人参与的目的，减少查验的成本，提高查验的便捷性。

（5）其他由企业用户或终端用户提交的或产生的数据，如课堂学习记录、考试记录、直播观看记录、文档访问记录等。

企业用户在上传，管理，收集，处理，存储，对外提供其最终用户个人信息和委托我们处理最终用户个人信息之前，应确保已经按照相关法律法规事先获得最终用户的明确同意，且已充分告知最终用户相关数据收集的目的、范围、使用方式、保护措施和委托我们进行处理的情况等。

为了向您提供服务、保障服务的正常运行，当您使用本服务并上传文件（图片、视频等）时，我们可能需要向您索取 摄像头、相册等敏感权限 。即使获取了您的授权，我们也不会在场景或功能不需要的情况下收集您的敏感信息，仅在必要时、根据本隐私指引来收集您的相关信息。您也可以在“沙滩说”的应用设置中，自主管理您的权限。

（四）征得授权同意的例外

请知悉，根据相关法律规定，若我们对个人信息采取技术措施和其他必要措施处理，使得数据接收方法无法重新识别特定个人且不能复原，或我们可能会对收集的信息进行去标识化的研究、统计分析和预测，用于改善“沙滩说”的内容和布局，为商业决策提供产品和服务支撑，以及改进我们的产品和服务（包括使用匿名数据进行机器学习或模型算法训练），则此类处理后数据的使用无需另行向您通知并征得您的同意。
Please be aware that, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, if we take technical measures and other necessary measures to process personal information, which makes the data receiving method be unable to re-identify specific individuals and irreparable, or we may conduct de-identification research, statistical analysis and prediction of the collected information to improve the content and layout of the "Sands Talk", provide products and services to support business decisions and improve our products and services (including the use of anonymized data for machine learning or training of model algorithms), such processed data may be used without further notice to you and without your consent.
如我们停止运营，我们将及时停止继续收集您个人信息的活动，将停止运营的通知以逐一送达或公告的形式通知您，对所持有的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。

三、我们如何委托处理、对外提供、转让、公开披露您的个人信息

四、我们如何保护您的个人信息

除非法律法规另有规定，我们将按如下方式及期间保存您的信息：
